"A smart, subtly lit bistro with a warm ambiance, housed in a typical, timber framed Kent building. A creative, eclectic menu is
inspired by influences from Europe to Asia, and combines the modern with the comfortably old fashioned. For
example you could choose pan-fried lamb leg steaks with an apricot, Tagine spices and coriander flavoured sauce and follow it up
with a traditional English butterscotch and Bramley upside down pudding. The accent is on quality of produce and consistent
clarity of flavour throughout, with friendly and informal service adding a personal touch."
